Of course, it is possible to achieve the desired change without external help, but it is much more difficult, time-consuming and energy-consuming, because without an external eye we may not be able to realistically assess our situation and thus cannot always plan the necessary interventions effectively. My job is to help you do this: we have a conversation to map the situation, outline the problems and possible solutions. The first consultation is free of charge.
