Eszter Kacsur
I am Eszter Kacsur, founder of Arkhadome.
I have 15 years of professional experience as a coach and trainer in the business sector and as an organisational development consultant, as well as psychological counselling for corporate employees and in private practice. Over the years, I have been involved in the life of many small, medium and large companies, with complex tasks and diversified activities, all with the common goal of change and development. My approach as a psychologist has been strongly shaped by analytical psychology: the Magyar C. G. Jung Analytical Psychology Association and 200 hours of analytically oriented experiential therapy; but I have also learned cognitive (International Association for Somatotherapy Basic Training Programme for Somatotherapists and Brainspotting Basic Training), humanistic (Gestalt workshops) and alternative therapy techniques (NLP, OH card, Integral Psychology). I am also a PSYCH-K Master Facilitator. I believe that in all of our lives, whether as individuals or in our work, we may encounter difficulties that we fail to overcome: our previous ways of coping no longer work and new ones have not yet been found. My activities are designed to help you overcome these stumbling blocks, both at an individual and group level.
Katalin Énekes:
I am Katalin Énekes, a trainer.
The last ten years in my professional life have been very exciting and inspiring.
I have been involved as a trainer and mentor in nationally highlighted EU educational projects (TÁMOP, EFOP, VEKOP). I have also been involved in the development of trainer training materials and digital development.
My approach to mentoring is informed by my training as a train the trainer at Cambridge University and the Budapest School of Communication and Business and by the many personality development courses I have received (stress management, emotional intelligence, NLP, conflict management, competence development, digital competences, mental hygiene).
The challenges of an increasingly fast-changing world require new and creative solutions for all of us. An important aspect of my training is to create a stress-free, motivating and positive environment for participants to develop individualised coping strategies to make their lives more effective, efficient and successful.
I feel that I have found my true passion in the field of coaching, to use my empathy, precision and professional knowledge to help everyone become the best version of themselves.
