Why choose Everything DiSC?

The DISC is a psychological model of human behaviour that has been around for almost 100 years and is becoming more and more popular in the world. Many people know it as the "colour test" and identify the types with the different colours, but this can be misleading, because in the original model colours have no meaning, the model is based solely on the DISC acronym and the meaning behind it. Thus, different tests may use different colours, so for example: type "C", i.e. "Cognizant", may be blue as well as yellow, or whatever else, but type "C" still represents the same traits and dispositions. The Everything DiSC method we use is developed by Wiley (John Wiley & Sons, Inc. ), a multinational publishing company with over 200 years of experience and a focus on scientific publishing and educational materials, developed the circular representation of DISC types in the early 2000s, replacing the previous representation with lines, which is now widely used. Since then, they have adapted the DISC model to a number of areas. Behind every Everything DISC product they create, such as surveys, analyses and training materials, there is a strong research background, with validation requirements for psychological tools that guarantee their reliability and accuracy. For many years, I have preferred to use the DISC model in my work and have been familiar with several approaches to it.
